1. Who inspired you to become a performer? Little Orphan Annie. I saw Annie as a child and thought it would be so cool to sing on stage.

2. When did you realize you wanted to become a performer? I was in the fourth grade. I decided I wanted to be a singing lawyer.

3. Do you have any strange or unusual talent that no one knows about? Not really…Well, I can do impressions of people doing impressions of other people.  For example, I can do Tina Turner doing an impression of Janet Jackson. In my mind, it’s hillarious!

4. Who do you consider to be your hero? My mother. She’s pretty amazing.

5. If you could dream about anyone while you sleep, who would it be? My grandmother and my father who passed away. I’d love to have another conversation with them.

6. Favorite meal? My mom’s Thanksgiving dinner–turkey, candied yams, collard greens, cranberry sauce, and dressing. Unfortunately, I’m a pescetarian now so this will be my first Thanksgiving without turkey.

7. Favorite pastime? Karaoke with my family.

8. Animal Crackers or Oreos? Oreos.

9. Favorite website? newyorktimes.com.

10. Superman or Wonder Woman? Definitely Superman. He was my first crush.
