Comedian Eddie Sarfaty has been making us laugh with appearances on “The Today Show”, Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend”, and Logo’s “Wisecrack.” He has also been a featured comedian in Montreal’s Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, New York’s Toyota Comedy Festival, and comedy festivals in Columbus, OH, Detriot, MI, Miami, FL, Phoenix, AZ, and Washington DC. Eddie has also brought his special brand of comedy to college campus’ across the country, crusie ships, and various social and political fundraisers. In 2005, Eddie’s short story “Second Guessing Grandma” was featured in the anthology “When I Knew” by Regan Books, a division of Harper Collins, and in 2008 it was made into a short film starring the great Kathleen Chalfant. 1. Who inspired you to become a comedian? A girl named Amy Rothschild who I once made laugh.
2. When did you realize you wanted to be a comedian? I’ll let you know–I’m still kind of on the fence about it.
3. Do you have any strange or unusual talent that no one knows about? I have the ability to make anything one hundred times more difficult than it has to be.
4. If you couldn’t do what you are doing now, what career would you choose? Ward of the State.
5. Today Show or Good Morning America? What kind of choice is that?
6. Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts? What do you order? I browse at Starbucks, but I shop at Dunkin’ Donuts.
7. Boxers or briefs? Whatever’s clean.
8. Superman or Wonder Woman? Superman, definitely Superman.
9. Books or Magazines? Books.
10. Favorite ride at an amusement park? The hunky guy who runs the Tilt-a-Whirl.
